To accommodate all renters, please adhere to the following policy: 1. Unless pre-arranged, the gear is available at noon (12pm) of your request day and is due at 11am on your return day. PLEASE NOTE: Gear returned past 11am WILL incur fee at 10%/hour of lateness. Gear returned past 3pm of your return day WILL be charged for 1 extra rental day. (there will be NO exceptions as gear returned late isn't available for other renters) 2. Rentals cancelled less than 24h from pick up (example: you book to pick up Friday but cancel on Thursday at 1pm) will incur 20% fee of the per day rental as we reserve the gear just for you and might not be able to rent it out to others on that day. 3.
