It's always a pleasure renting from Alex. His equipment is in excellent condition, and he's great at communicating—always responsive and easy to reach. He's also very flexible with pickup and drop-off times, which makes the whole process smooth and convenient.

Quick and easy pick up and drop off. Tascams were in great condition and worked! I appreciate the extra batteries added in case any of them were low. Highly recommend!

Alex really cares about your shoot going well. There was a small problem with a power supply, and Alex made the long drive to instantly make it right. This is someone you can confidently do business with. If there’s one place where there is room for improvement, I’d like to see more substantial cases for the equipment (cameras were in a tech backpack rather than a hard case and peripherals were in ziplock plastic bags). Also, a printed packing list with the equipment would be a great idea. Still, I would rent from Alex again anytime. I really appreciated his great customer service and excellent communication.
