Ian was great and very considerate. The gear was in good shape and the prompter worked well once we got it set up. There was a small issue with the bluetooth remote but that was most likely user error. Either way, Ian was incredibly helpful and compensated us for the trouble. Note, the prompter doesn't come with a quick release plate (as mentioned in the rental description) so if you need that, be sure to bring one with you. All in all, great rental, great communication. Recommend.
