One of the easier rentals I've done. Clear communication and gear came back looking great. Highly recommended.

Rental went well. Some items were missing at return but when notified, were returned the following day.

Renter took care of gear, but was missing lens cap, usb cable, and lens case. Renter promptly fixed the issue by paying for replacements via insurance. Sometimes items can get left behind on a shoot, I totally understand. Would absolutely rent to this person again because he took care of his responsibilities even when something went wrong.
