Renter was good and respectful, communication was on point. Though, the renter did end up crashing the drone with some minor cosmetic injuries, but they were upfront about it and covered the costs for the replacement parts / checking if the drone needed to be serviced. Accidents happen, and this renter did not make any attempt to sweep it under the rug, so we deeply appreciate the honesty and integrity.
