We're absolutely unbearable with excitement to share our recent rental experience with Chris Spinelli. Who knew renting a DZOFILM Pictor Zoom could result in such bear-rilliant humor and all-round paws-itivity?! From the moment Chris stepped into our den, we knew he was no average customer. His enthusiasm for our gear was absolutely contagious. It was like watching a kid in a candy store, if the candy were high-end cinematic lenses and the kid, a seasoned filmmaker. His knowledge of the DZOFILM Pictor Zoom was bear-y impressive, showcasing a deep understanding of its range of options and capabilities. We found this quite refreshing, considering the number of customers we tend to 'paws' to explain its complexities. He returned the lens in perfect condition—no small feat for a gear known to attract smudges like a bear to honey! As promised, Chris brought it back without a single trace of use; not a scratch, smudge or even a dust particle. Thought bears had good eyesight? Well, even we had a hard time believing it had left its display case! His timely return also deserves a separate mention. Chris returned the Pictor Zoom faster than a bear running downhill after hibernation, all while maintaining a cheerful demeanor that was simply infectious. In a nutshell (a bear's favorite snack, no less), Chris Spinelli demonstrated an utmost level of professionalism and respect for our gear that was simply a joy to behold.
