Everything went smoothly, easy to work with.

This was my second time renting from Jack. The exchange was as smooth as last time. We met at his house for pick up on Friday. He even saved me some gas by coming to my house to retrieve his camera on Sunday. Jack is real easy to work with and I will definitely be renting more from Jack in the future.

I met with Jack at the chosen location. He was nice. He simply handed me the camera and I was on my way. The camera worked excellent. The picture quality was amazing. I did have some issues with extracting video off the camera. Keep in mind that if you do rent this camera it records off of CF cards and you will have to have either a card reader of a usb c to transfer files into your computer or device. But once I got in contact with Jack, he was able to lead me in the right direction. I returned his camera back the next. Considering this being my first time using Sharegrid, I would have to say it was an overall good experience.
