Hi! My name is Jessie Lara and I am a student filmmaker at Cal State Northridge. At the school, I am currently pursuing in Production Management. In high school, I have previous experience working in news broadcast but reaching college I switched fields because I had preferred working on narrative films. I have sufficient experience in producing, directing, camera operating, script-writing, sound and more. However, I wish to focus on the fields of producing and directing. On my own time I create short films and documentaries. Each project I make, I will try as much as I can to learn things, such as trying out new equipment. I hope the opportunity I get using any equipment will help make a stronger execution toward my way of filmmaking.
