Request less than 24 hours may not be accommodated** Insurance: Please provide a COI (certificate of insurance). Equipment will only be released upon receipt of valid insurance proof. Please ensure the COI is issued in our name and email it to us at mrd@maracreative.online or upload it via ShareGrid Messages. Lost, Missing, or Damaged Items: You are responsible for the repair or replacement of any damaged or unreturned items. Please notify us immediately in case of late returns or if something is lost or damaged. All gear is inspected before departure and upon return. A cleaning fee may apply if equipment is returned in poor condition. Any necessary repairs or replacements will be billed accordingly. Pickup/Drop-off: Location is shared once booking is complete. You can collect your rental anytime after 8:00 am on your scheduled pickup date. A code is required to unlock the lock box for retrieval or return of your rental. Equipment must be dropped off no later than 3:00 pm on return date, otherwise an additional day may be charged. Refund Policy: Full refunds are available for defective equipment. Please test equipment before your shoot. No refunds are given for issues due to user error. Manuals and how-to guides are easily accessible online. If your shoot is canceled before the pickup day, you can receive a full refund if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours in advance. No refunds are offered on or after the pickup day. *Renters must be 18 years or older, or have a parent or guardian with valid credentials request the rental.*
