Great renter, very flexible schedule. Can be a little difficult to get a hold of and some light fixtures were missing an accessory or two unadvertised. When I picked up in OC, he was on a job and had others handling the pickups that weren't knowledgable about the gear, so I recommend confirming that he is home if ordering in OC.

I consistently rent from New Age, renting is smooth and easy every time

Its important for people to know that this is not a solid location and is only a meetup spot. More importantly, you will be waiting for him to arrive to pull the equipment from his van while other people are picking up and returning equipment at the same time. I found this a bit time consuming and deceptive in terms of 'location'. Overall the price and equipment are good, but just know, you're pulling up to a curb in downtown LA and waiting for him to arrive. Also, communication was only ok. Some questions went unanswered and responses were short and vague.
