Communication was clear and honest throughout the rental, and when we followed up about a missing memory card, he responded quickly and let us know he'd used his own card for the shoot, which also helped us catch a listing discrepancy. Smooth pickup and drop-off, and the gear came back in good condition. Would gladly rent to him again!
