Samir was super speedy to accept and maintained his speed of service throughout my pre-production schedule, answering many questions with a great attitude. He also answered when I reached out during my rental with questions about the gear-in-hand. The FX3 package was also exactly what I needed, everything was in great shape and was super well organized.
