Everything went well, and items were returned on time.

Everything went well except: 1. They returned the gear late - after noon. 2. Several pieces were missing including cables and the instruction sheet for the projection screen. They did return all the items, but they should have been more careful and also return the items when promised.

Pleasant borrower and equipment was well taken care of.

Was incredibly kind and flexible in pick up/drop off time. Even offered an extra day for free when they were only available for a limited time on pick up day. Hope to rent from them again!
